Booking conditions

1. Payment and confirmation. When you book, you pay a deposit of 40 € per person (or the price of the menu, if lower). The rest is paid on the night. Your table is confirmed once we receive the payment. Prices include IGIC (Canary Islands tax).
2. Cancellations. If you cancel, or if you don't come or come with fewer people, what you have paid is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (point 3). If you cannot come, you can transfer your booking to someone else: just reply to your booking email with their name. If the restaurant cancels, we will refund everything we have charged. If you booked before 18 October, the refund deadline given in your booking email still applies.
3. Force majeure. If you cannot come because of a force majeure event beyond your control that you can document (for example, your flight or your trip to the island is cancelled), we will refund what you have paid. Let us know as soon as you can and send us the proof.
4. No right of withdrawal. As this is a dinner on a fixed date, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (art. 103 l of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
5. Children. Children's menu up to 10 years old; from 11, adult menu.
6. Allergies. Tell us when you book. Allergens are handled in our kitchens, so we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
7. Your data. It is only used to manage your booking. More information in the privacy policy, at the bottom of this page.
